Fort Worth Janitorial Services was founded with 2 clear ideas in mind: 1) To provide outstanding, reliable cleaning and customer service to all types of business and 2) To be a company that honors strong moral values, evidenced by honesty, integrity, and transparency to all employees, customers, and potential clients.

FWJS was founded with 10+ years of commercial cleaning experience. In current times, the majority of cleaning companies subcontract most of their work. This type of business inevitably leads to poor cleaning and even worse customer service. The larger company you hired can not and does not control the work of the subcontractor. If ever there is an issue, normally the larger company will send a supervisor and eventually a new crew. The new crew is just a new company that has been subcontracted out to perform the work in your building. I saw this first-hand and decided to do something about it.

Out of these experiences is why FWJS was created. We don't subcontract out our work. If we can't do it, we will tell you so. We don't bring various crews or teams into your private building or to your home. We hire, train, and supervise our own employees. This allows us to consistently have our hands on the work that our company produces, and allows us to take pride in what we do. Our phone is not answered by an outsourced Virtual Assistant, but by our Owner or one of our staff. If we can't answer your call, we will return it within 24 hours because your needs become our priority. 

We prioritize building long-lasting relationships with our clients, which is why we ensure to listen to their needs and exceed their expectations. We call Fort Worth home, and have been blessed to be able to serve the DFW Metroplex, Waco, and even down to Austin now.
